You need help with the center, right?
All the pleats are the same witdth; what might be throwing you off is that the paper isn't square. Basically you pleat the top and bottom of the center region up until it meets the diagonals in the very middle of the paper. Then you fold the center crease (it will be pretty thick because of the pleats) and collapse the center like an open sink.

I stink at Cps. Cant even fold the queen cube.

Can someone please help me understand these CP's?

When i make a fold in a crease pattern does it stay up in the air making it 3d or do you just fold it all the way. And example of this is the queen cube.

Much of the time the crease is folded "all the way" making a flat base from which it is possible to shape a final model. However in the queen cube it looks like some of the folds are 90 degrees, making a 3d structure. Most of the time though, folding a cp will give you a flat base, from which you thin things and shape to a final model.

there really is no way to just understand them that quick... I have never had the time or patience to fold them (i have done about 5, but they were rather simple) but i understand them well because I have a good understanding of geometry and math. pretty much, what i do, is I look at the crease pattern and try and come up with a sequence for it, kind of like diagrams. once you get all the creases and the finished base (a CP will never get you the finished model, but some crease patterns, like that of the ryujins, will get you very close.
here are some things that may help you understand, along with some simplish crease patterns for you to try.

phoenix 3.5 tutorial from CP (LOOK at the CP while you are folding! do not just follow him, or you will not understand the cp, just have a phoenix 3.5! and no, this will not work with printer paper )

Ooh, is the eye of horus simple? May be the next thing for me after ryulinn-a step down! (If it's simple)
Also, google image origami peacock cp, and the first crease pattern you see will be my first crease pattern, also the same crease pattern for my serpirior and samurott, as i used the same base. It is very easy.

Its pretty simple, if you collapse it right. use a thick paper for it, though, it needs to be wetfolded!

Ok, ryujinn's going well, although my paper is going a bit floppy and pained looking at the edges. No rips yet, some minor frays, but nothing that's putting me off.
I'm working on the fingers at the moment.

what paper are you using for it?

I think i've already said this. Anyway, i'm using 50*50 display backing, that people (often teachers according to my long and painful but cute memoirs of primary school or kindergarten or whatever you call it) use to back displays. It's lovely to fold, but get a bit floppy if i use it for too long. It's all crisp when i come back to it in a few hours time though.

oh, interesting. thats kind of thick, is it not? you might have to use methylcellulose or water and iron it, though.
