hi ragnorax i just finished my first divine dragon(bahamut) yesterday and i just need to know which are the valley and mountain folds at the phoenix 3.5 cp thx :D :D :D

I can't seem to collapse / flatten the base. Is it those triangles in the middle or something?

I didn't do anythin to the head yet keep in mind.

I don't know if this will help, but the circled area should form an unused flap.

okay got it, i just squashed the crap out of the middle....

How do you do the tail? The only post here that might have helped used pictures that aren't available any more... I'm doing 3.5, by the way.

I'm also having trouble following the tutorial on Youtube about the wings...The arrangement of the long folds perpendicular to the pleats is totally different than what's on the 3.5...unless those reverse folds are on the inner part of the wing and the right angle pleats are at the very end...?

Look on YouTube at Tadashi Mori's channel, tadashimori.
I think he has a great video on how to collapse the model and add details.

The tail is formed simply by making a bunch of reverse-folds that are parallel but skew to the edges. (It'll slope backward from the front of the model.) You will also have a series of blunt corners along the front edges; these are folded to the side to procuce the diamond shapes.
After the fall, we rise.
