What are the rererences for this Phoenix by Satoshi Kamiya it is the seventh
CP on this page.

Looks like a 9 x 9 (or 18 x 18) grid. The border is 1/9. The major vertical creases are at 7/18 and 12/18 (2/3) from the left.
