Very nice model 'fluffy' feathers and very clear diagramming. I also like the Montrollian Scene to begin with.

haha... I have updated some more diagrams of different periods of my diagramming style. The Polyp is what I did after the Crane and the Weevil is after that. I now pretty much use the symbols and arrows of Montroll and Lang...

I might start diagramming again soon. I really missed doing it. I love diagramming even though it takes a lot of time....

I've done the Chinese Crane from the diagrams you sent me, but turned out too small. Should try that again.
And woohoo! thank you for the Weevil diagrams!

Sweet, I totally did the weevil legs correctly.

Very cool, Ryan. And keep diagramming... If you really like like it, you're one of few. And everyone loves diagrams!

In what way did you do the weevil legs? As from CP or from these diagrams. I cannot upload anymore so rest will follow

I love diagramming but haven't done so in ages and these are old designs. I haven't done much designing lately either...

I did it from the CP, remember? Pleat-sunk the legs exactly as you've diagrammed. And I did all the same thinning folds.

I can't recall you telling me about it. Oh hold on: I do! I am very fond of the base for the weevil. I would definitely change the final look though...

Well if (and I say if) I get back to diagramming maybe we could make an Origami Forum Design Book with designs from the people who visit this forum. I wouldn't mind diagramming it, even though it may take some time for me to get it finished. You could give directions e.g. with photographs or sketches how to fold the design.

It would be a great way for me to get back to diagramming and a great way to re-exercise my drawing techniques... it all depends on the fact if my new computer can install the drawing program I used to use...

there is too much good stuff going around here to be unused...

Thanks for sharing your diagrams and tutorials.Origami is getting more popular and I'm stoked you made the effort to bring in more new folders.
