I don't know if this will help, but here it goes. you have the five layers that converge at the top to form triangles. grab the first and third triangles and pull downward on the first triangle like the diagram says then stretch as far as you can. You should then flatten the second triangle to the square shape shown in the next step. Hope that helped.
