Need help with John Szingers lizard

Hello,

Can anyone help me with steps 44 to 47 by the lizard from John Szinger. I dont know how to fold the paper right.

Yeah, can someone clear up step 44 for me?

It just says to 'collapse the center region', but there are a myriad of random creases - which to collapse, and how? Thanks for your help.
I don't want no sign-ture!

I check after... look at 45-47 show?

a good way to accomplish step 44 is this one:

first.. hmm.. unsink the complete center on the existing creases like this:

your model will now look like this (I have added you the mountain fold from the previous step):

now you have to sink the 2 squares while pushing the eges of the squares towards the center of the squares:

you model will now look like this... step 44 accomplished
