So here is my attempt with greaseproof paper. It is pretty good even though the tail feathers are a little bit messy, but the rest of the model is shaped well. Tried a bit of wetfolding on the two singular tail feathers

Hi I m new member on this site. I am folding Kamia's Lyre bird. Completed everything with nice shaping too except the tail part. not able to tackle with steps 110-111. Can anyone help? please?

here it is essentially a series of inside reverse folds. you could do it as such, it's just that kamiya's way is a little easier (but still a little hard). it will get easier the closer you get to the end of the tail. you could in fact practice it on the tip of the tail to get a rough idea.
