none of those steps are precreased.
here you are forming the mane. there is some leeway, which is why the folds are not strictly laid out. make the mountains and valleys as indicated to form the curve of the back.
okay so i kinda blagged the mane, its quite poor but it works. My next issue (:P) is forming the head. Could someone please help me with stages 129 - 132. Im sooo damn close to finishing it hurts >_<
this should be the fun part. most (all) of those creases in step 129 should already be made. as you begin to collapse it, it actually should sort of "click" into place, much like a komatsu folding sequence might. as with any complex collapse, pay careful mind to what folds are valleys and which are mountains.
91 is simply a squash along the hidden raw edges (the creases were made in . In 92, you're only making a valley fold between where the creases from 8 intersect the creases from 90. The mountain fold and valley fold should meet, as shown in 93.
