Because it's a secret! Just joking... Get the book World super complex origamis by Satoshi Kamiya and you will find the official cp.

I'm confused with the cp in the book, the tail part is different from the partial cp posted in this thread..
Can someone help me with this?

If we are talking about 3.5, I don't understand the tail either.
(I'm not the Mr origami who does the lessons.)

Can someone please help me to find Malifold's tutorials? I've searched but have alas been unsuccessful...

Does some one around here still have a copy of the small tutorial I did some time ago for the head-scales section of the Ryujin 2.1?

I read that some one uploaded it to media fire, but I can't find it.

Guys, im kind of new at this whole forum thing, but ive been working on the head neck connection of the 3.5 on and off for almost 6 weeks and it continues to stump me despite the ease with which i have completed the other test folds. Ive tried adjusting my style and perspective, along with everything else i can think of. I folded the 2.1 equivelent twice and it was of no help. Please advise, i am officially desperate.

Warning* Having never tried myself, this may sound kind of stupid.

Has anyone considered increasing the length of the legs by increasing the grids on the 2.1. I remember a picture on an earlier page that looks like it has legs longer than a normal 2.1 and dorsal spikes. If you increased the grid you could probably increase the leg length enough to make the "2.1" stand on its legs. If this works, it could also probably be used to increase the claw size. As for what to do with the added grid size after all this, you could just fold a small section down horizontally across the paper and get rid of the extra units. Or you could cut it after folding the grid, but thats not very puristic. :D
Just a thought.
Edit: its on page 75

Hi, I'm new here and wanting to fold the 3.5 but unsure of what type of paper to use. I know kraft can be good, but what about mulberry or tissue paper?

Hello, I am looking foreward to folding the full model, i was planning on using approx 120cm tracing paper, I was testfolding the tail using the cp from the book and i came across an issue, the middle point was too short, i have been trying to fix this but i have not found a way to do it without altering the core length of the full model, i have posted pictures on my new flickr,

I found this on scribd. I don't think the sequence is particularly good but...

I am planning to do a test fold of Ryujin 3.5 with scales. Does anybody know the grid I need to use?
