I need help on step 70 i can't seem to sink that part. If someone could get me photo diagrams, that would be greatly appreciated!

Hello everybody. This is my first post here, I was folding since 2009 for real (more complex ones), but the Spinosaurus is making me bit annoyed again and again.
Firstly, If I follow exactly steps as in the Shuki Kato instructions there is a moving of the paper from step 25 (...)> Secondly can someone post a picture how to do preciselly step 38? I would appretiate your kind help.

Well, for step 25, you maybe made a mistake in some previos step. For step 38, fully open the indicated layers and do some "pleat boxing", considering that the outer most fold is a mountain fold. Hopes this helps
