Stuck at step 8 on balrog...

Hi i'm a total newbie at origami and i'm stuck at step 8 of the body of the balrog (instructions i'm using http://spinflipper.com/origami/diagrams/balrog.pdf)

Hey, just fold the flap down along the centre line.
