How do you set rotation snaps so the lines will be at perfect angles? :?

press ctrl for 90 degree and other angles. The angle measurements show up at the bottom of the screen when drawing a line with the pen tool.
Where it says (example) line segment - Angle 56.00 degrees, at the bottom of the screen.
