What is the best paper for this? Could Tant work?

Nope... Tissue foil would be the best choice.
If you use another paper, even with CMC it wouldn't turn out good.

I used double tissue with mc shaping at the end to fold mine, and it turned out ok, but the legs were not strong enough to support the model

If it's just mountain and valley folds, how hard could it be?

you could run wire through them, next time...
i am trying to migrate away from double tissue, and move more towards the nicer, handmade papers... my models always seem to turn out better using those.

Hoang Trung Thanh Swordsman

Post by bchung »

I am stuck on step 85 of Hoang Trung Thanh's Swordsman, diagrammed in Nicolas Terry's "Licence to Fold." I just need to know which flap to pull out, as there are many different layers.
