Flapping Butterfly?

Hi folks I'm wondering where can I find any diagrams for a flapping Butterfly that is made by a dollar bill....
I seen it at the youtube video for the Cherry Blossom Festival Monterey Park 2005

.... That looks like the one
I made one right away but I couldn't get it to flap as quick as the one on the video
I think I need some practice
