Not Kawasiki rose question. A different rose
I would like to know how to make a 100 fold rose. I can't find a book or internet instructions. My friend made me one, but she says she can't teach me. All I know is that it involves folding it into 64ths+ and doing some complicated folds. Please help me!

Interesting... I have never heard of the "hundred fold rose" Do you know who designed it?
Where your friend leared how to fold it?
Or any information like that?
I did a quick google search on it, and came up with nothing. Please, if you could, post a picture of it. I am very interested in this.

Well, an 8x8 grid divides a square into 64 squares: maybe that's what Pyros means?
The rose looks like the Kawasaki rose variation from the first Origami Dream World book - the one with the larger, more open outer petals.

The diagram for the Korean rose is very similar to bloom4ever.com's standard rose, with exception the preliminary folds are folded into thirds not into fourths. I think I still have the diagram and will scan it when I get home if that helps.
