I'm not aware of any photos of the finished model anywhere on the Internet, but I'm sure someone who folded it could post one :-)

There are several shell designs by Kawasaki in Origami for the Connoisseur and also in Origami Dream World.
The Origami Database is a good source for questions like yours :wink:
