I have a crush on some origami birds models that I'm willing to fold for my friend.

If you Google '3d origami birds' you'll see some particularly good ones.

They are all the same style, pictured in the same place with the same perspective. So I guess they are made by the same person.

Examples:
Picture 1
Picture 2
Picture 3
Picture 4

But there are only this photos, captured from the side, so it's hard to understand how they are folded.

Please help me find the author/instructions/suggestions, any help is really appreciated.

This is done using a module known as "Chinese refugee module" or "Golden Venture" (you can search for these terms and learn about the history of these modules too!). There are many websites proposing diagrams for the module, and also giving instructions for building models using that module.
As for the specific birds you ask about, I don't know if instructions exist/are shared...
Hope it will help you a bit!
