Searching for author and model

Hello everybody,

I'm new here. My name is Gonzalo and I'm from Spain. I am collecting all the models I had folded in all these years, with its name, author and diagrams or tutorial (if it is made) in my instagram account @gorzaorigami (https://www.instagram.com/gorzaorigami/). If someone recognize it and can tell me the name and author of this model I would be glad for it.
