If you fancy a slightly harder one, have a look on www.fishgoth.com/origami in the diagrams section.

There are quite a few pandas in the textbooks. Kuni Kasahara has a superb one in his origami omnibus, a book I would recommend to paperfolders at every level of experience.
I once set up an origami PLC. But the business folded.
