Satoshi Kamiya

Post by platypusguy »

Is there anything by Kamiya for free on the internet? I ordered his new book from the Origami USA convention but months later it still hasn't come, so anything by him will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean Satoshi Kamiya by any chance? Because if you do I am pretty sure the only thing on the web he has is just crease patterns(I think). I do not know the place where these are at but someone on this forum does. I know this was probably no help at all but I thought I would just give you heads up just in case you don't like cp's!

There are some cp's on here. http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~qr7s-kmy/g/2002/index.html

There aren't any diagrams available on the web though.

Satoshi's website is at http://www.folders.jp

While he has no diagrams, he does have a small selection of crease patterns.

Try the Eagle Ray or Jackalope for some relatively simple crease patterns.

Should we have another sticky at the top of this forum? One that says "Please don't ask other posters to email you copyrighted diagrams." Or something along those lines.

Anyway, Kamiya's book can be bought from OUSA:

...or from Sasuga Books:

Just to make one thing clear; the post I made above was in reply to a post that has now been deleted.
