Of course it's not his tongue! It's his scarf thingy... btw, Dolphox's structure looks pretty simple. I'll try and design her.

I was a bit too old when the pokemon hype hit in holland so right now I'm playing my First pokemon game. Y on the 3ds. I must say it is pretty addictive! And I was thinking the same thing when I saw greninja. That would make a great model. And that one, and maybe that one.
Maybe when I finish the game I'll try to design something myself, looking forward to see what you come up with!

In general, red is for a mountain crease and blue for a valley. But depending on whether you view the CP as color-side-up or down, it could be vice-versa.

Here's some pictures I took of me folding the Pidgey(from CP to almost finish):

Read the descriptions for brief instructions.

For those of you that wants a hint(rather than an answer), here's the CP with where each part is. The top-left of each word is where the tip of that part exists.(i.e. The tip of the bottom beak is located at the corner of the bird base.)

Another hint is that the bird base at the center will change shape by the end of folding Pidgey(i.e. there's no bird base at the finish of the model). Looking at the picture that shows the backside of Pidgey on Calico's website helped me to figure this part out.

I designed one a while ago. Maybe I could redo it and post a CP. : )

If I remember, it was a pretty simple structure, something similar to Brian Chan's Water Strider. But I'll see what I can do. :D

Fully flat-foldable CP for the Pidgey with M/V Lines. Enjoy. :D
