Thanks for your reply. Methinks I didn't make myself clear with my request. I was just wondering whether anybody knew of any diagrams that are avialble on the net for a woodpecker. I have searched but none can be found, so I was wondering that somebody here might know of an obscure website which might have one. TIA.

There is a Yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rochesterorigami/ which portrays a woodpecker on its start page folded by one of the members. Maybe you could register with this group and ask there

at the database i found several woodpeckers, but they are all in books, not on the net. in "bugs and birds" by john montroll there is a woodpecker. that would be the easist book to get that was listed. when looking for specific models, try the browsing option(at the top of the page) it seems to come up with more then when you just type in a keyword in the search bar. but this time woodpecker came right up on the database.
