Models with wings
I just finished Gabriel Álvarez's "Dédalo" (Daedalus) and I've been looking for some other winged things to fold. What are some of your favorites?
Try to keep the birds to a minimum, because that could take up an entire thread of its own.

Does a shuttle count? I realy love this one: http://www.nickrobinson.info/origami/di ... uttle1.htm
Yellow!
On Francis Ow's "Origami hearts" there are a couple of winged hearts

SK's pegasus from Works of SK. Though not his best winged horse (Tenma H7's my personal favorite of Kamiya's horse designs), its pretty awesome!
Also the planes of Jose Maria Chaquet Ulldemolins from his book 'Famous Aircraft in Origami: 18 Realistic models' is nice too!

I have been on a wings kick lately. If you are comfortable folding from CPs, you could try my flying monkey: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jon_tucker/4059143265/
What about a bear with butterfly wings?

I'm not too good with CPs, but that's some good incentive to learn, lolI have been on a wings kick lately. If you are comfortable folding from CPs, you could try my flying monkey: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jon_tucker/4059143265/
