Looking for an Umbrella
Does anyone know where I can find a diagram or CP for an origami umbrella? I've seen one before that looked something like these, but made out of a single piece of paper.
I'd also prefer if it were available to the public, since I don't have the money to order a book right now.
Thank you.

There's that pins and needles feeling again...
With some slight modifications Manpei Arai's spinning top can be used as an umbrella:

Re: Looking for an Umbrella
i m thinking about publishing my umbrella. i dreamed to make a proper diagram and sending somewhere like tanteidan convention but, i couldn't made even a complete CP.
so far i made a full of mistakes CP + half done diagram + a blurred photo diagram.
what should i do?
give up diagramming and publish what i got or seek help from a diagramming genius.
this is the first and only model i designed so far that worth sharing. plz advice accordingly.

If you can send me the photodiagrams, I might be able to help. I've had a bit of practice diagramming, and it's looked good in the pastzurathan wrote:i m thinking about publishing my umbrella. i dreamed to make a proper diagram and sending somewhere like tanteidan convention but, i couldn't made even a complete CP.

Re: Looking for an Umbrella
Zurathan contacted me a while ago regarding a video for his Umbrella. It took me some time to record it, but here you go. I'm happy to announce my newest instructional video:
