Welcome to the forum!

Free diagrams:

http://www.happyfolding.com
google "free origami diagrams"

If you are just starting out, it is a good idea to go the route many of us have taken and go and buy yourself some of John Montroll's books.
Also if you need origami paper for starting out, they typically sell packs of kami in craft or paper stores. You can also buy it online from stores like the origami shop.

Beyond that, google is probably your best friend when starting out for origami.

Have fun and enjoy!
