In my (and friends') experience, JOAS seems to not like to respond to emails. They read them, and get the stuff done, but they don't reply.
When I sent them my diagrams for the 2008 Tanteidan book, they didn't respond. When I found out that they did publish them, I emailed them, to ask for my copy. They didn't respond, but I got my copy a couple weeks later.
**I'm one to talk. I'm terrible at responding to emails.
Origami Tanteidan magazine?

Is there any chance of making contact with June Sakamoto?
My problem is that I'm not able to send money orders outside Mexico, but I can use paypal.
Other way would be sending cash. When I bougth Works of Satoshi Kamiya, Origami Insects and Origami fantasy from Origami House I sent my payment via ordinary mail, I know it's risky but I got my books without problem, but I don't know if JOAS take cash.

Same question: How can I contact June Sakamoto?
