In Singapore, the origami culture is rather stale, only having a few people devoted to origami. However, Singaporeans are rather tech-savvy, Computer Studies being one of our school subjects and therefore I have no doubt that there are many Singaporean Folders in the forum.
So, who is from Singapore?

Really? I'd heard there was a pretty big origami group in Singapore:
http://www.welcome.to/singapore-origami
They've got some really good origami designers, Ronald Koh and Francis Ow have both published books that I know of. Mr. Koh still regularly publishes diagrams in the BOS and OUSA convention books.
By the way, most places don't have a large population of origami folders. I've only met a handful of paperfolders in my entire life, most of the people I know are online.
