Ok, I got my hands on some of this paper and here is my review.

This is NOTHING like tissue foil you make, and I mean that in a good way.
On a scale from 1-10.

Strongness: 9
Spread Squashs: 1 (no offense)
Other folds: 9
Shaping: 10

You dont need a bone folder for this paper. Id recommend this paper to almost all folders.

How is it compared to Origami-Shop's tissue foil?

How is it so different? Just a really good laying of the tissue paper, or something more fundamental? And what is so bad about squashing? Worse than the typical tissue foil?

Also, to the owner of the site, is it too time-inefficient to allow customers to choose their color combination on the fly? I would much rather be able to pick my colors than stick with 6 predefined schemes

How 'bout you have a system which allows customers to pick which colors they want for their tissue foil, like before they buy it. You could have a recommended range, like those alr in the shop, but why not have a custom selection, so customers can choose the colours to suit their needs.

Ive never tried N. Terry's TF. And for squashing, normal tissue foil would be worse.

Well I definitely have interest in a 100 cm square!
But if you make that, i highly advise you to do it with double tissue and tissue foil....i would definitely buy both! i can't find a 100 cm square anywhere else actually.

Hey Everyone!

Thanks for the great comments on our paper! I am actually very excited to see ideas posted here that coincide with our upcoming plans for the site. We will have a custom paper section. There will be extra time involved with custom orders but we will do our best to ship as fast as possible. We have a structured process that takes time to do right so that we can provide the quality you guys require. Quite frankly, the paper would be worth nothing if it was full of wrinkles and bubbles. We respond to emails very fast and will let you know when your order is expected to ship. And if you have questions, feel free to post on here or send an email to sales@tissuefoil.com.

consider adjusting the price some more. as a point of reference, the vaunted VOG crumpled paper can be obtained in 64 cm squares for ~ $2/square. i will freely grant that it requires extensive touch-up to see the fine products in the final photos, though.

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a great holiday!

On behalf of http://www.TissueFoil.com, I would like to officially announce the addition of Custom Origami Paper. This has been the main focus of our attention for the last month and we couldn't be more happy with how it turned out.

So what can you do with this new page? You can make your own custom color combination! So go ahead, mix and match until your heart is content. Not only can you make your own color combination, but you can even choose what size you'd like the paper. On top of that, there are 20 different colors to choose from. That's a total of 1600 different combinations!

Can it get any better? Oh Yeah! I almost forgot...the prices are LOWER! So what are you waiting for? Come check out the brand new page and get the paper you've always wanted!

Just another suggestion, on the page with the paper selection, is it possible for you to make a type of paper option?
for example - tissue foil, double tissue (plus MC of course :D), single tissue (also with MC)

The interface to choose the colors is fantastic. One small thing I would recommend is to have some indicator around the currently selected size (like a boarder around the box)
