Nice batman logo and escape sign, Paulius!

I've been getting much more into backing my own paper and shaping with MC - here's what I worked on the past couple of months.

gachepapier--i quite admire the way you shaped the head. i love this model, but with the original shaping, the landmarks suggest that the owl's eyes are far set, when this is not the case. your modifications perfectly correct for this.

Thank you :)

I must admit I went with my guts for the final shaping, I can't let it be, it would seem. But this model is a masterpiece in its own right and the folding sequence is pure joy to discover.

After viewing the octopus from kamiya, and because i couldn't find a diagram or cp from it, i designed my own. Using giftwrap paper on foil.

Octopus

And a warthog or wild boar i designed from the base of joisels cat.

memoblock size paper (+/- 8cm by 8 cm)

Image
one sided tissue foil, one of my first folds with tissue foil actually. (10x10cm) First time i noticed the colorchange,
so I made another one with a Giftwrapping paper glued to foil on both sides about 30cm x 30 cm

..........and in case you are wondering; yes that IS a fonduefork sticking out from under my models..

Nice displays. If you haven't, see Quentin Trollip's and Michael Lafosse's displays for additional ideas.

Batman logo? I'm still developing batmobile 2.0. I'm also thinking of doing a bat symbol with no edge, like the batarangs he throws. I like the fibonnacci box! I might make that! 8)

A model by Gérard Ty Sovann - I'm not quite sure he's known much outside of France, though I got his book in German:
