I am suffering separation anxiety but that too shall pass - will keep on folding and post the models when able

Using 4 Asiatic Elephants and A Loggerhead Turtle, all designed by Satoshi Kamiya and folded by me from various squares of brown Kraft paper, a Disk and some under-disk engineering designed by me, I present to you my tribute to Terry Pratchett's "Diskworld"

Quite chuffed with it, will blog about it when I can.
I fold therefore I am.

Deer Head
Designed by Andrey Ermakov. This design has some nasty open sinks... Folded by from a 65cm square of craft paper. First time using craft paper without foil and I didn't enjoy the experience... Folding the model wasn't a problem but shaping was a complete pain. Mc would have definately helped but I dont have any of that. Anyway I am happy with the result and I hope you like it :D

Sea Life
All five models designed by Satoshi Kamiya.
Orca: Folded from 30cm tissue foil.
Manta Rays. I folded the short and long tail versions from 15cm tissue foil.
Blue whale. Folded from a 25cm piece of regular origami paper.
Octapus: Folded from CP using a 20cm square of tissue foil. I didn't know how to shape the legs correctly so I had to Improvise... I am happy with the way it turned out.
I hope you like them :D

I was folding this design: http://www.pajarita.biz/aep/nacionales/espa13-2.pdf
I pulled the wings over the head and then down on the body to make hair and the color change.
So sort of my design..

It's good that you make your own twists on designs.
It's a good modification; I like it.

this is what I want to make :) use the curves to make an idea of head without paper, but it's possible to make it with a normal head ...

Hercules Beetle 2.0
Designed by me. Well I didn't like the old version, which you can see here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/langko/7189331893/
So I made a major upgrade to the design... Changes include the addtition of antennae, rounder body, more detaiiled legs, more detailed horns and much better preportions. I kept the grid the same...48. Folded from a 45cm square of tissue foil. Hope you like it :D

Thanks!! But I dont think so :)

Flying Hercules Beetle
Designed by Satoshi Kamiya. Folded by me from a 25 square of tissue foil. I modified the way that the wings are folded so that the seam is on the bottom and not the top. Hope you like it :D
I hope everyone had a good Christmas and best wishes for the new year ahead!!!
