Nice fold Brimstone! I did fold one large enought to fit my head, Ben. (Actually its almost too big) I cut the hexagon from 3 foot roll of paper not unlike butcher paper.

The diagrams say that if you start with a 22 x 22 x 22 (whatever unit you use) you'll end up with a hat that is 12 units wide. The hole for the head would be a bit smaller though.
