Nguyen Hung Cuong Gorilla CP
I am in the process of folding Nguyen Hung Cuong's gorilla right now. I can collapse the crease pattern without any problems, but the shaping is tough. If anyone can help me out on how to fold the fingers, that would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!
And here is picture of the gorilla for anyone who hasn't seen it:

Re: Nguyen Hung Cuong Gorilla CP
The references are based on the inner square of paper. Just eyeball the strip of paper along both edges making sure they're even and fold the rest per norm. Adding a strip of paper along the x and y axis won't affect the ratios - it will remain a square. The majority of the extra paper is unused and folded under anyways.

Re: Nguyen Hung Cuong Gorilla CP
mir numaan--perhaps you haven't yet realized. but on a fast day, the "what have you folded lately" thread gets one post. otherwise this board is overall pretty slow. be patient when you ask for help. if you don't get a response here, i suggest you go to flickr and see who has successfully folded the model you are interested in (i.e., cecelia, eyal, etc.) and ask them.

mir numaan. The forum is mixed in experience. We have some of the greatest folders and some of the most basic beginners. If you want to bug someone with excessive questions on Flickr, go ahead. It's really easy to get an answer on this forum in comparison to Flickr IMHO.
