You can just right click on the picture to find the other sizes too.
Another possibility is to click on the symbol that looks like an arrow coming out of a box, choose the size medium 640 and BBCode and then copy and paste the link to the Forum. If you have cookies activated it will also save this setting, so when you want to share another picture the settings will already be correct :-)
