Shaping hatsune miku chibi?

A couple days ago, i made a thread trying to find a cp for a chibi miku (thx razz

). But now i need help finding the right paper (foil?) and how to shape the tie, head, and body. The head, arms, and legs i got. Any help is appreciated.
