Bahamut and Ancient Dragon

Post by origamibrent814 »

I was thinking about getting Kamiya's book mainly because of the two dragons and I was wondering about the Bahamut. It's cp doesn't look as complex as the ancient dragon so i was wondering... about how difficult is it? I have folded all the insects in origami insects 2 which is the hardest book I have. how do they compare.

Most diffcult I think its dragon (you folds good paper to this), bahamut is ok more easy :)

Oh.....about twenty steps of pre-creasing in both models. Very anoying when working with a big sheet of paper, but worth it in the end. I would strongly suggest you buy the book though, it is well worth it.

I really recommend you buy the book. There are also many other great models in there besides the two dragons. (unicorn, wizard etc.)

Thank you I probably will buy the book now. One last question... after looking at some of the models i decided i like the sabertooth tiger smilodon the unicorn and the pegasus. how about them are they tricky? Pre-creasing?

I really recommend foil for those. You can also use extremely thin paper for the Unicorn and pegasus, with some MC-treating (And it will look better). That Smilodon, however, I've only gotten to work with foil. The pegasus is very thick in places.
