You need to crimp that circled part as shown in step 81.

From the same view as in step 81:

From a "bottom" view:

Your picture looks like:

which is a simple zig-zag and not a crimp.

Tell me if it's not clear!

(Diagram is in "Works of Satoshi Kamiya 1995-2003", pp. 95 to 107, if it can be useful for other helpers.)

That is not the problem.if you look i done the crimp on the reference points in the diagram, but it seems that the reference points are wrong ,why? Image

Oh right, I didn't see it on your picture!

So, I folded it quickly again (last time was long ago) and I didn't have that problem.
Maybe there was a small reference mistake in a previous step of yours?

The Crimp fold Kabuntan folded extends longer than your which may be the reason his collapsed flat and your model didn't Hope this helps.

This step can be tricky if you're not used to it. My advice is to do it simultaneously with the ones that spread the pleats out (don't have the book on me, so I forget which steps). If you're lucky, you can simply coax the pleats out to the right angle as you flatten the model.

(I'm assuming the steps I mentioned above are coming soon for you? I haven't folded this in at least a couple years.)
After the fall, we rise.

(These steps are the very next ones, so your advice is very convenient!)

You can't do this because the crimp on step 32 is really a pleat ,not a crimp. So when making it don't open the model just pleat. Now you can make that petal fold on 33
