Great rendition, Malicki! :D

I too have been folding lately, though I must admit much less impressively! I have been out buying paper, and so I went to try out the oft-mentioned though slightly expensive Canson Mi-Teintes, and though I didn't buy it in green, I wanted to fold a model I love!

White being too boring I managed to bleed on it during folding!

On an exciting side note the Bullfrog is standing on my newly purchased 68*68cm squares of Elephant Hide! :D

Thanks guys! It's not common to get feedback about my models here in "What have you folded lately" :D. I particularly value your opinion origami_8.

origamipete, please don't forget those other pictures of Tatra T87 y asked for ;).

Guys (everyone), I posted a question about grids—like the one for Balance. Would you please offer me an answer?: http://snkhan.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php ... 47#p145047

Awesome fold, such an original model, and what a wonderful film :D.

There's a posterboard kind of paper around here called "cartulina canson". I've heard that it works well for wetfolding. You can find it in a wide variety of colors.

I think you're fold would look way more interesting with color. How about painting the paper before folding it?

Great design! Hope you fold it in black-white or grey-white paper :).

@Gerardo: Paint is expensive, and I'm borderline poor going to college currently without a part-time job! That being said, I will be buying some small studio-quality tubes of acrylics soon - that might indeed make my folds a lot more interesting!

I had some green paper lying around and decided to give the bullfrog another go! I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, though the lizardhide did keep som unsightly creases.

I especially like how the model keeps a great volume.

Working balance designed by Gerardo Gacharná folded by me from 35x35cm Tant (painted).
The base is filled with some gravel to add weight.

It looks amazing origami_8. Part of the problem with measuring the mass of the marbles is that they don't stay put. In that sense, I think it would be easier to do it with big coins for example :).

I wanted to ask you a favor origami_8. I treat origami models as artworks, that's why I'm very protective about their names. For that reason, I wish to ask you to please present it by its name: Balance.

Thank you so much for folding it so beautifully and sharing it here :D.

Weird, I don't know why I thought it said "working scale". I must be too tired :P.

Cheers!
