Black Forest Cuckoo Clock step 86

Hi, Im folding Robert Lang's Black Forest Cuckoo Clock from instructions found in Origami Design Secrets. I'm stuck on step 86 because there is a sink fold that it says lines up with preexisting creases. On my model it does not line up; instead mountain folds meet valley folds. Have I done something wrong or is there a misprint? Please help

Hello,cole017 ,in my copy of origami design secrets step 86 , sink the edges. these creases connect up with the ones on the bottom . this may not help you ,but is better than no replies. I gave up the clock at step 92/93 ,this was years ago and no one from the forum helped so good luck. agedgent76plus
