Last year I was able to get a copy of Harbin's Origami 4 in Hebrew from an online retailer in Israel. I don't know any Hebrew, but I was able to complete the transaction anyway and a new copy only cost me $10 CAN including shipping!
I figured I would never be able to afford a printing of the original English version, and I'd read on the British Origami site that it was still in print in that language:

Although there are times where a little english would be helpful, I'm still able to fold the models from diagrams alone. Something to note, there are a far greater number of models in that book than in the previous books in the series; and I think because of that, many folds are condensed into a single step making a model take 3 pages to fold that usually would take 8 pages in a book.

ISBN 0340218223 is listed as 21 when I view that page (22 is ISBN: 0340109025 but probably they've changed order if a new one was added) but it has a printing year of 1970. Origami 4 was not printed before 1977. Without the "4" in the title, and the correct year, I would think that would not be the correct book.
Are there other things you use to to determine if it's the correct book? I was told before that with a lot of books in a series, they're listed with the wrong ISBN. Often the person listing it just addes it by name (and so books with similar names get the wrong isb put on them by the system).
