I have noticed a number of pictures of completed origami models that have been displayed (simply and unobtrusively) with what appears to be something akin to a large paperclip with the base forming a nearly complete circle the rest of the metal jutting straight up so it can be inserted into the model.
Are these manufactures by hand, or can they be purchased somewhere? If this draws a blank for you, I would welcome ideas on anything similar (and fairly inexpensive) that could purchase to display my models. All the better if whatever you're suggesting comes in different sizes to accommodate those times when I just have to (read: really want to) work with paper in the neighborhood of 15" square.
Thank you, in advance.

Just made one out of some mechanics wire and a soup can.
