I folded my models with this paper before, so it is suited for some complex models. For insects, it might be more difficult to get thin legs because of the paper thickness. If you do use it, just remember to finish shaping with some wetfolding else it won't hold its shape as well (water works, probably MC too.) You can also use a smaller piece of that paper and fold a simpler wasp to get a feel from it.
