Diagrams to have a go at wet folding with

hi,

i was wondering if anyone had a few models that would be good for me to try wet folding for the first time as im so jealous of all the lovely pictures of smooth and slightly rounded animals.

also any tips on your own or a friend's wet folding Techniques

Quickly, find a copy of David Brill's Brilliant Origami! It has some of the best wetfolds, I find.

Making smooth wetfolds takes a bit of practice. Too much water and it will rip and get wrinkly. To little water, and the paper dries out. Good luck!

PS: which gallery is that bear on? I have scoured his galleries, and have never seen that bear.

My "Origami Bible" (I *didn't* choose the name!) has a chapter on wet folding, with photos of the models in progress.

You could also try LaFosse's Happy Good Luck Bat. Its really good to wet fold, and it's very easy to fold. It's in Advanced Origami.
