Subscribing to Origami Tanteidan Magazine

Post by Cupcake »

I was wondering how I would be able to subscribe to the Tanteidan magazine so that I don't have to pay each time I want it (At least I think that's what their site says). Do I have to pay 4200 yen for a bunch of magazines, or do I have to pay 4200 yen for each one?
Also, does it have English (I can't really see the covers)?

Forgive me if I have asked a stupid question...

im sure it is $42 for each volume. they said that they dont sell each mag separately. $42 for a thin mag would be rip off.

BTW. does anyone know what extra diagram is given to JOAS members for 2006?

If you order back issues you will get them all at once.
If you have a subscription for the current volume you get a magazine every two months (i.e. as soon as they come out).
So long and keep folding ^_^

does anyone here know what extra diagram is given to JOAS members for 2006? I just want to know if it is worth becoming a member now. It all depends on the model included

I think I've posted this three times already.

It's Komatsu's Giraffe.

It's Komatsu's Giraffe.

The 2006 Special diagrams are for Hideo Komatsu's Giraffe.

The special diagram booklet for JOAS members in the year 2006 was Hideo Komatsu's Giraffe.

How does one get these diagrams? If you buy a volume of magazines, then you automatically receive them?

you need to become a JOAs member. It is an extra $50 over the suscription fee. I think im going to skip becoming a member for 2006. That giraff is not worth the extra money in my opinion. you can get the cp for that giraff on komatsu's site.

I just sent an IPMO today for 2006 JOAS Membership. Since it isn't March yet, will I still get the Giraffe diagrams? I want them really badly and no one at tanteidan has responded to my emails??? (I sent them before today.... at least a week ago)
