Wow, I hadn't noticed it uses such a simple division. Very nice. A couple parts of the CP look really strange, unlike the Kamiya stuff I'm accustomed to (Between the head and wings).
That's not a very good CP. My first CP was Satoshi Kamiya's Jackalope. It's a pretty good beginning CP. Another good one (I was told) was my old Dwarf CP which you can find on OriWorld: http://oriworld.joi.com.br . Also, if you are not averse to box-pleating, many box-pleated CPs are really easy to comprehend, such as Brian Chan's Dobsonfly. Jason Ku's Luna Moth is another nice, easy one.i can't even make the simple cat with a box for a head

I printed out the CP and folded it during school tody. I was dissappointed how it only has 2 limbs...

Still, great job on the dragon! I've got to try it (I really hope I can actually make it ).

I think BL means Bi Limbs ( Bi means 2 isn't it )

Hmm, I'm almost certain it stands for 'Bahamut Lagoon', a Japan-only RPG. This particular version of Bahamut must have appeared in this game only.
Do a quick google image search and you'll see the two-legged dragon on the box-art.

Just kind of tripped upon this picture while digging around the Origami House site:

A much better pic than the one Kamiya posted on his site.

Start with colord side up if you want the color on the outside. The folds closest to the the edges are mountain folds, which is also indicating this (It's not true all the time, but it usually is). I'm also assuming here that the side with the lines and colors on the crease pattern is the colored side.
