i can't seem to work out step 15 to 16?
I have spent hours trying to do this one,
any tips or other ways of explaining the steps.

all advice is appreciated :)

Step 15 is just pulling out some paper that got trapped after step 10. Look where the arrow starts on step 15 in the diagram, and pull on the paper at that spot (the paper there comes from the edge of the original square of paper). It may help to slightly unfold steps 10-14 to untrap the paper.

Well, part of the problem might be that the valley fold you see in step 16 is sitting directly on top of the edge of the paper and there's no distinction between which parts are white or colored.

Here's what you should see in step 16 (I didn't bother with the other flaps).

I have spent hours trying to figure that out. starting over thinking i messed up the previous steps. Thanks to you i finally figured it out in just 2 seconds.

I have issues with other models to but that is because the book I have is in french :shock:

Hello, I had exactly the same difficulties with that hummingbird ! I am so pleased to have found the solution !! Bit the extraordinary is I found it because I made a mistake with the name of the origamist (Collin Webe in reality .. and no Colin Weber !!)
