introvert or extrovert?
I consider myself to be an introvert, which I am completely fine with, but I wondered how many origami artists are introverted.
Whenever I do complex Origami I get this sinking feeling.
Is there an option for "in-between"? That's where I'll fall.

I added the "in between" option.
Yes, I am that Joseph Wu. Not that it really matters. And please call me Joseph or Joe. "Mr. Wu" is my dad.

Aw fudge... I voted for "in-between". I'm only an "extrovert" to a select group of people (i.e. people who share my interests, same profession, etc.) but keep to myself otherwise.origami_8 wrote:Look here for a description of the two words:

After reading that wiki article, I realized that I still belong to the "introvert" group.
I also do card models -- http://cutfoldpaste.blogspot.com

I think I'll pick "in between". I make friends easily, but there has to be an explanation as to why I spend all my free time playing with pieces of paper and hanging out in an"origami forum" instead of playing basketball and DOTA like other normal people.
I've fallen down, and I can't get up.

I'm pretty introverted I guess. I don't go out of my way to make friends or talk to people I don't know but that doesn't mean I have a problem when I do decide to. A lot of it has to do with the fact I'm so oriented towards my studies. And that I'm easily agitated by people for a variety of reasons, haha.
And you mentioned DotA angrydemon? Man, I loved that game but the time for it somehow disappeared. Once Starcraft 2 comes out I should be back into the online gaming thing, haha.

Introvert definitely. Most conversations I find start with questions, and whenever I ask a question I feel I'm demanding information, and being a burden. Same case as eric _son, extroverted to only a few people. The only way I meet people or make friends is through friends-of-friends, or if I'm forced to be within speaking range of them for a while (like at school). I'm also pessimistic, and talk to myself, wich really doesnt help in making friends
