Hi K00L, I'm new here, I'll try to help (also english is not my natural born language so I'll do my best)
first thing is to mark all layers in the diagonal folds on step 30, they are already marked on the first superior layer so it should be easy.
then I flip the model and mark the little valley folds diagonal of the legs as I show in the next image:
that helps when you close the figure in the next step. I flip again the model and when I'm closing it I press the top part of the superficial point (not the one which is going to be the head) in order to get the superior mountain folds that runs from the end of the valley ones, like these images:

I hope this helps. This is the final figure, not so beatiful but regular paper of 16x16 cm is hard to manage (and also beer always make a mess of things
