Wow.. It's probably not the wisest chose to make to tell everyone that you downloaded the pages illegaly... It's an expensive book, but still, fold the model from the book (that you ordered) like almost everyone else here. You can order it from the OUSA website for around 50 bucks; that is where I got mine.

i agree with insaneorigami not the best move although, is downloading a video form the net any different.
you downloaded the pages illegaly
he/she said he/she downloaded, that doesn't mean that he/she did it illegaly. can download music off myspace/youtube and alot of other cites for free, don't make it illegal. also how do we know if they paid or didn't pay for it. i am not saying to find things to download for free or that it is or isn't illegal to download of the net, just that some cites let you do that.
i also know how getting the book is expensive. sure you can order it for $50 that is just the book shipping is another $40-60. depending on who you use.
try googling it. i am sure you can find the missing pages

Ok, let me rephrase that: Without kamiya's concent. Downloading diagrams is illegal if the creator of the diagrams has not given his concent. So, maybe I'm wrong, and maybe he got consent, or maybe i'm wrong about all the copyright issues, but still...

(and you can also download music from illegal download sites)

Riiiiiight, Kamiya gave him consent to download a book with two missing pages...yeah...

Origami House doesn't offer any books for download!

There are very few paid origami diagrams that you can download. Alex Bateman's Tessellation booklets (http://www.papermosaics.co.uk/), a whole bunch of Marc Kirschenbaum's stuff (http://marckrsh.home.pipeline.com/), Peter Budai's stuff (http://budaiorigami.hu), and there are some downloadable pay books at Nicolas Terry's http://www.origami-shop.com, as well as a couple free ones)

lol. i'm sure his little brother spilled glue on the exact same pages yours did!

where can one download kamiya's book legally? forum members are dying to know. we can update the free diagrams section at the top of this section!

by all means, keep encouraging ppl to steal from kamiya. maybe if we're lucky, he'll refuse to publish a second book and you'll screw us all (and, as i point out in the other thread, we're only a few diagrams away from a potential second book)! lol.

As I said earlier, they are simply folded like the Ancient Dragon's fingers. Just spread out the pleats, and fold it like that.
The fingers aren't that difficult to do; if you can't fold them, than maybe you are in over your head. Do some test-folds for them if you keep getting stuck.

thx man. but anyways i realised my problem has got nothing to do with the technical part of folding the fingers,I was using an A4 square to fold the wizard and so when the fingers came I could not shape them because the fingers zone was too puffed up to crimp and also due to the utter idiocy of my challenged mentality.lol big mistake sorry, but thx anyway.I have succeeded with a bigger paper though.

here's what it looks like.I found this really neat wrapping paper down at the stationary near my place, it holds creases and its kinda aluminum like material.

A4 paper? No wonder you were having problems! :P

Though, small paper can be used too, when it's thin enough...

For this one I used a 12cm square.
