Omega Star step 28

Hello people,

I'm a little stuck on this. I don't like the photo-diagrams much, I think some symbols and arrows would help describe what to do a lot better. Can anyone tell me how to get through this step and those after it? Maybe I'll figure it out myself but I'd still like some help if you can

)

First of all, which omega star do you mean exactly?

apologies. i DID do a search but i didnt see any further down on this topic, and didnt see it develop from a "where do i get diagrams" to a "help me with diagrams" topic. i will read it.
