The CP for Satoshi's Phoenix can be found on his website.
There are no diagrams for this model unless he decided to make diagrams for it in his book (which I highly doubt). Anyhow, I can give you verbal instructions on how to get the border. After that, it's pretty easy--well, to find the creases--but not to fold it.
Fold a rabbit ear from the top left corner, and have it point to the top right.
Unfold.
Fold a crease that goes from the bottom left corner to where the vertical crease you just made intersects the top edge.
Unfold.
Fold the left edge to where that last crease intersected the diagonal.
Unfold.
Repeat with the top edge.
You now have the border.

You can measure out the distance of the border from the paper edge and use Lang's reference finder to give you a folding sequence for that line.
So long and keep folding ^_^
